Main Street Eureka Springs Launches New Community Resource Groups to Foster Collaboration and Belonging
Eureka Springs, AR — Main Street Eureka Springs is proud to announce the launch of its new Community Resource Groups program, a transformative initiative aimed at fostering civic engagement and creating a deeper sense of belonging within the community. This innovative program is designed to connect entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives across diverse sectors to share resources, collaborate on challenges, and grow together.
“Main Street Eureka Springs has a transformation strategy rooted in civic engagement and the value of belonging. This program is an extension of that strategy,” said Jacqueline Wolven, Executive Director. “We believe that by bringing people together in meaningful ways, we can help create a more connected, empowered, and thriving community. It's a hybrid concept of mutual aid and organizational support - we want to empower individuals to find the resources they need to create the impact they are searching for while using our organizational resources to create space and opportunities.”
About the Program
The Community Resource Groups are designed to support professional development through mutual aid, group learning, and shared problem-solving. Each group meets monthly in a sober, bring-your-own-dinner (BYOD) setting, providing a safe, welcoming space for open dialogue and collaboration.
The program features four distinct groups, each tailored to specific professional sectors:
Women/Femme Entrepreneurs & Leaders: Focused on empowering women and femme-identifying individuals to connect, lead, and grow.
LGBTQ+ Entrepreneurs & Allies: A space to celebrate diversity, address challenges, and support one another in thriving professionally.
Healing Arts Entrepreneurs: Designed for professionals in holistic, therapeutic, and alternative healing practices to collaborate and expand their impact.
Creative Entrepreneurs: A gathering for artists, writers, makers, musicians, and digital creators to share resources and inspire one another.
Program Objectives
Foster Connections: Build authentic relationships through meaningful conversations rather than surface-level networking.
Address Challenges: Provide practical solutions to pain points such as marketing, financial planning, and platform navigation.
Encourage Collaboration: Create opportunities for mutual aid and resource sharing among members.
Empower Growth: Support professional and personal development for all participants.
